Q. If I have voucher, how do I redeem it.

A . Simply click on the 'Book Now' button and enter the required information on the first page. You will then be directed to the second page asking for your credit card information. No need to enter your credit card number. There is a darker blue box to the right with text that reads 'click here to redeem a gift card/promo code '.  Select that and enter your voucher #.

 

Q. Are drinks included on your tours? 

A. Only for an additional cost. You can choose to make it all-inclusive by paying extra for your drinks during the checkout or post (if you would prefer for your party not to worry.

There are tastings offered on our Prohibition (Midtown Tour) that are included in your ticket price.

 

Q. Are children allowed?

A. Unfortunately, children are not allowed. Some tours are 21+ and some are 25+.

 

Q. Can we request our guide?

A. Yes. Please message us at info@telltaletours.com. Rory is one of the most high demand guides in New York and so we cannot guarantee that availability will be open on her tours with us but, we will try our best to accommodate.

 

Q. Are your tours handicapped accessible?

A. Yes and no. Please email us.

 

Q. How many people are usually on your tours?

A. This is a boutique tour operator and so we have a maximum of 18 people per tour so that we can maintain an intimacy and personalization of the tour. If you are a group larger than 12 please message us.

Q. How far do you walk on your tours?

A. 1.5 miles.
